Booking & Payments

• All sessions require a deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Remaining balances must be paid before or at the time of the session.

• Prices, packages, and offerings are subject to change at any time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.

• Missed sessions or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Session Expectations

• Clients are expected to arrive camera-ready unless otherwise stated.

• Hair, makeup, wardrobe, and grooming are the client’s responsibility unless included in writing.

• The photographer provides posing guidance and direction, but results may vary based on client participation and preparation.

Image Editing & Delivery

• Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion and creative style.

• Advanced retouching, additional edits, or revisions are not guaranteed unless included in the package.

• Final images are delivered digitally.

• Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Image Access & Delivery Disclaimer

• While reasonable care is taken, Molly Mystic is not responsible for accidental file sharing, incorrect folder delivery, or unintended access once images are sent digitally.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their images securely.

• Molly Mystic is not liable for loss, misuse, or redistribution of images after delivery.

Content Usage & Rights

• By booking a session, clients grant Molly Mystic the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Explicit consent may not always be requested prior to posting content.

• Requests for removal of posted content may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Client Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Molly Mystic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Liability

• Participation in photography sessions is at the client’s own risk.

• Molly Mystic is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after sessions.

• Clients agree to hold Molly Mystic harmless from any claims related to the services provided.

Website Use

• Content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

• Submitting forms or inquiries does not guarantee services or responses.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
