At Molly Mystic Creative Studio, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of photography, creative direction, and editing services, your payment reserves studio time, preparation, and post-production labor that cannot be recovered once booked.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on:

• Photoshoot bookings

• Deposits

• No-show or late cancellations

• Editing services (including rush edits)

• Completed galleries

All sales are final.

Reshoot Policy During Your Session

Clients are encouraged to:

• Review images during the shoot, and

• Request reshoots within the scheduled session time

This ensures you leave satisfied with the images captured.
Once your session ends, no additional reshoots are included.

Editing Policy

Once an edit has been delivered, it is considered final and is not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or swaps.

Revisions

Revisions may be available depending on workload, but:

• Revision requests are not guaranteed

• Rush orders do not guarantee immediate changes

• Additional wait times may apply

• Some revision requests may incur an additional fee

Please review your selected images carefully before submitting them for editing.
